About Grantleigh Store: Who We Are
Grantleigh Store is part of the Grantleigh Group, which operates a collection of specialist online shops serving customers in the UK and around the world. Our network extends across several countries, including the United Kingdom, Hong Kong and the United States.
We’re a bit like Not On The High Street, but much smaller and far more exclusive. We don’t advertise – you have to discover us. Looks like you have.
What Makes Us Different
We sell an eclectic mix of items that don’t fit neatly into one category. You’ll find Russian barbecue skewers sitting alongside Yorkshire-made 1960s replica police truncheons, organic olive oil, packing tape for e-commerce sellers, and over-the-counter health products from Hong Kong and the US.
Everything we sell is something we’ve tried, tested, and actually use ourselves. We don’t just source random stuff from wholesalers. If it’s on our site, it’s because we discovered it on our travels, loved it, and thought, “God, this is fantastic – we need to bring this to you.”
Our Product Range
Our range is deliberately eclectic because Grantleigh Store is where we put the brilliant things that don’t fit on our other specialist websites. That’s why you’ll find such variety here.
Whether it’s toothbrush heads, skewers, or anything else, what ties everything together is simple: this is all stuff we use ourselves, stuff we believe in, stuff we’ve tested.
Take our packing tape, for example. We stock it because we use mountains of it ourselves across our various e-commerce businesses. We buy it in bulk from a manufacturer we know, whose factory we’ve actually visited, and we pass some on to you so we can all get a good deal. So yes, alongside skewers and other discoveries, you’ll also find e-commerce packing tape here.
Delivery Done Right
Don’t we all hate terrible delivery? Who wants a parcel from Yodel or Evri dumped in a puddle three streets away? We don’t do things to you that we wouldn’t want done to ourselves.
If you’re in the UK, your order arrives with Royal Mail Tracked 48. You’ll get an SMS, you’ll get an email, you’ll get tracking. Pain-free. Isn’t that how it should be? We think so.
For overseas orders, we use mostly UPS or DPD to ensure your items arrive safely and with tracking.
The Name
A couple of people have asked: Where does the name Grantleigh come from?
If you’re of a certain age, you grew up watching To the Manor Born. The manor house was Grantleigh Manor. Our name is just a homage to that. No, there’s no connection to Richard DeVere or Audrey – we just enjoyed the show. And shot the video below there.
