Dispatch times
Orders are dispatched as soon as possible, usually the same or the next working day. If there is any delay with your order, we will contact you.
UK delivery times
Royal Mail deliveries usually arrive within a few days of dispatch. In some areas, it may take up to seven working days. If you provided a mobile number, you will normally receive SMS and email delivery alerts, including options such as changing the delivery day or leaving with a neighbour.
Delays
Royal Mail are generally very reliable, but delays can occur during peak periods, bad weather or in certain locations. Royal Mail’s official timeframe for classing an item as late or lost is eighteen working days, although most delayed items arrive well before this.
Items not received
Most “item not received” cases turn out to be missed deliveries. If the parcel wouldn’t fit through your letterbox, Royal Mail may take it to your local delivery office, leave it with a neighbour, or place it in your designated Safeplace. A Safeplace is any secure, weather-protected spot you’ve set through the Royal Mail app, and parcels may be left there even without a card.
Please check your Safeplace, ask neighbours and look in the usual areas where parcels are often left, such as porches, sheds and bins.
Use the Royal Mail tracking portal with your tracking number. It will normally show a delivery photo and/or a GPS location of exactly where the parcel was scanned.
Economy and free delivery services
For economy or free delivery, please allow up to ten days after the estimated delivery date before assuming the item is missing. Genuine losses with Royal Mail or couriers are extremely rare.
Delivery to insecure locations
If you live in a property where mail is left in a communal or insecure area, such as many flats and apartment blocks, any item delivered to that area or to a neighbour is considered delivered. We cannot be responsible for the neighbours or communal areas where you live. If your mail is insecure, please configure your delivery options accordingly, where possible.
Delivery to multiple addresses
We cannot split an order between multiple delivery addresses. To send items to different locations, please place a separate order for each address.
Address changes
We cannot change the delivery address once an order has been placed. If you entered an incorrect address, please email us immediately to cancel the order before it is dispatched.
Delivery to military addresses
We can deliver to most BFPO/APO/FPO/DPO addresses, provided the package meets Royal Mail size and weight limits. Please ensure the address is formatted correctly according to military guidelines, including full name, grade, and PSC or unit/regt number. Delivery times to military addresses are longer than standard UK post.
