36x 45mm Orbital Ring Machine Tape – 200m Rolls – The Good Stuff
In our warehouse, we run a ring-type orbital packing machine. It holds a single roll, spins around the box and cuts automatically. If you’re using one, you already know that tape quality isn’t optional.
Wrong width, thin adhesive, poor stick – it doesn’t save money. It causes downtime.
Most orbital ring machines are designed for 45mm tape. Many people feed them 48mm because that’s what’s readily available. It works, until it doesn’t. Tracking issues, messy seals, wasted time.
This is 45mm wide.
Each roll is 200m long, not 50m or 66m. That means fewer roll changes during a busy day. The outer diameter is 141mm, so these will not fit a standard handheld tape gun. They are designed for machines that take a standard 77mm core and accept larger-diameter rolls.
The tape itself is 50 microns thick. Most inexpensive tapes are typically 40–45 microns thick. Thicker tape carries more adhesive, bonds better and tracks more consistently through a machine.
This isn’t random wholesale stock. We have it made to our own specification at a specialist factory in China that we’ve visited in person. That’s why it carries our name on the core.
