Dermol 500 is a moisturising antimicrobial emollient lotion used to help treat and prevent dry, itchy skin conditions such as eczema and dermatitis. This is the 500 ml pump bottle.
It can be used as a leave-on lotion or as a soap substitute in place of regular shower gel or hand wash. The emollient oils help to rehydrate dry skin, while the antimicrobial ingredients help reduce the bacteria on the skin that can make eczema and irritation worse.
Many people use Dermol 500 every day on dry, sore or sensitive areas, and as their main wash product to avoid the drying effect of normal soaps and detergents.
