Orbital Ring Tape Wrapping Machine for E-Commerce Packing Stations
If you’re in e-commerce and you’re wrapping parcels by hand all day, at some point you start looking for a better way. This is it.
We run several e-commerce businesses ourselves and pack hundreds of parcels a day. This is the machine we use on our own packing stations. We’re now making them available to order.
It’s an orbital ring tape sealer. You hold your parcel against the machine, press the foot pedal or the button, and the ring carrier spins around it applying tape in a clean, consistent wrap – then cuts automatically. Move the parcel to a new position and repeat. You’re in control of where the tape goes. For heavy, awkward, or long boxes that are difficult to tape by hand, it makes a significant difference.
It runs on standard 45mm machine tape – not regular hand tape. We sell that too. 200m rolls, made to our own specification. You’ll find a link below.
What’s included
The machine arrives fully assembled on a wheeled frame, narrow enough to pass through a standard doorway. It includes a toolkit – Allen keys, spanners, spare blade, springs, oil, and everything needed for setup and basic maintenance. It comes with a UK/US/EU plug per your specification. A 120v version is available for the US and other markets.
The interface and manual can be set to your language of choice.
What to expect on delivery
It’ll arrive well packaged and ready to assemble. You’ll need a practical pair of hands to extend the legs, load the tape, and get it running – it’s straightforward, but this isn’t a plug-and-play office appliance. If you have someone in your building who’s comfortable with basic mechanical stuff, you’ll be fine.

We connect you directly with the factory for technical support. They designed it and built it – they’re better placed than anyone to answer specific questions. In our experience, any minor adjustments needed are simple and quick to resolve.
